Oysters & Wine at Taylor Shellfish Farms in Capitol Hill Taylor Shelfish Farms, which opened it's doors in Capitol Hill on July 21, 2011, was a great addition to Melrose Market. What a lot of people are just getting turned on to is the fact that you not only can buy a selection of fresh oysters, clams and the ever perplexing goeduck, but it's also a great spot for lunch & or maybe even a light dinner.
